BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Prices
Our prices are payable in Euro and 50% cost of trip in advance. The balance payment 30 days in advance or well before to your departure date to India.
2) Bookings of Accommodation in India and Initial payment
Tiger Expeditions Pvt .Ltd., hereby agree to provide all booking of your accommodation as per itinerary or at a glance of your tour as per the destinations in India on your payment of 50% advance cost of your trips. However, you have to make sure that balance payment is made 30 days in advance or well before your departure date to India to assure you further continuity of these bookings.
3) Medical Disabilities
If you have any physical or mental incapacity you must write us on the booking form. You must comply with all laws and health regulations and get certified yourself for visiting in India. You must get checked and satisfy all health, entry/exit visa and other documentation requirements before you start to India. We will not be liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with this. You must pay us any additional costs incurred by us owing to your negligence’s or as a result of your failure to comply.
4) Final payments
Please ensure that final payment due towards you has been made 30 days in advance or well before your departure date to India and intimate the same to Tiger Expeditions Pvt . Ltd. Via e-mail for it’s receipt in India and get a confirm receipt via e-mail.
5) Amendments
Normally, we give sufficient time to our guest to plan their trip as per the dates conducive to them . However, in case of any contingency reason, the amendment is done @ 50 Euro Per amendment per individual.
6) Travel Insurance
Tiger expeditions Pvt Ltd. advise you to arrange your personal travel Insurance and satisfy your self with it’s coverage.
7) Changes
If you leave our expeditions at your own at any intermediate stations and you happened to incur any extra expenses, Tiger Expeditions would not be held responsible to make good such loss of it for the changes made by you.
8) Our Authentic Commitments
Tiger Expeditions Pvt Ltd. India is committed to the delivery of outstanding customer services in relation to Hotel accommodation, rail accommodation, your food, care and also to take you to the area beyond bounds at the visiting sites. However, any complaint in relation to the delivery of our services , kindly post us or write to us within 14 days of the completion of the Tour. The solution would be provided within the reasonable time and to your fullest Satisfaction.

GENERAL INFORMATION
1) VISAS
Please see that you are traveling on valid VISA Dates etc.
2) HEALTH
You should be in possession of health recommendations for the country you are visiting . www.masta.org
3) PASSPORTS
Your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
4) TAILORMADE TRIPS
Yes we have this provision to plan your trips according to your plan to put together in one list all your friends provided you write us well in advance .
5) PRIVATE TRAVEL FOR SMALL GROUPS
If you and a number of friends/family would like to block out a departure that is no problem. Alternatively we can arrange a specific date to suit you and create your own departure .
6) FAMILY / GROUP BOOKING
In case if a family wishes to visit to some other sites such as beach, backwater or the hills in addition to Kanha, Bandhavgarh, wildlife & culture we provide such family by creating a special tour program on normal budget.
7)ORGANISATIONAL BOOKINGS
We provide extra ordinary facilities for Institutional/ Organizational booking Such as booking of special rail compartment etc. Please call us for such requirements well in advance.
8) SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS
If you are happy to share and then we will try to find a suitable room mate if it suits to both the room mates .
9) GROUP SIZES
Our all the wildlife related trips are with small groups.
10) WEATHER CONDITIONS
We have chosen best time for visit to these parks so that the viewers could enjoy the wildlife watching.
11) FOOD
We ensure delicious and healthier Indian meals, cooked by expert cooks but if required we also offer some continental & meals of choice.
Preferred Meals: Vegetarian / Non-Vegetarian /Both.
Spices: With or without spices/medium /Curry or Non-curry.

12.) CLOTHING'S
Light green clothes for visiting the park. During winter one should have to have Woolen pullover and woolen scarf.
13) PARTICIPANTS AGE-GROUP
As specified by our name & Nature of Expeditions up to age group of 85 years is recommended.
14) PRINT OPTION
Please get this Form printed and keep a copy with your for your information until you complete your entire trips.
15) PRICING INFORMATION
Prices quoted in our small group or tailor-made itineraries includes the following:
Twin/Single share accommodation as specified in the Itinerary and all connected transfers by AC 4X4 WD Vehicles.
Cost of Ist or IInd AC trains and Air tickets as specified in the itinerary.
